Where We Ship
Orders are shipped exclusively in the United States.
Handling Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays). Orders placed after business hours or on weekends may begin processing the next business day.
Rates and delivery
- Standard: $3.99 for orders under $25
- Free Shipping on orders of $25 or more
- Express Shipping: $9.99.
Orders ship in a padded mailer via USPS or UPS. Delivery times after shipment depend on the carrier and service selected at checkout.
Tracking
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details for your order as soon as the carrier confirms receipt.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for the accuracy of their shipping address. PLEASE double check your shipping address at checkout. Ficka is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect shipping address details.
Corrections to shipping addresses may be possible, if caught immediately after checkout. If you spot a mistake, email FICKA@ballcapventurs.com with "URGENT" in the subject line along with your order ID. We'll try our best to update the address - but please note this may not always be possible.
Lost, Stolen or Damaged Packages
If tracking shows delivered but you can't find your package, or it arrives damaged, email us at FICKA@ballcapventures.com and we'll help make it right.
